From AuroraUX
Under consideration for use as a display manager for AuroraUX is XDM. XDM comes with OpenSolaris and Solaris Express Community Edition (SXCE) by default making it a natural choice for use with our system since the work is already done for us. XDM would still need some tweaking to make it presentable. In its default state, it is very crude-looking.
XDM can be enabled on your system by creating an XDM service manifest to be imported into svcs or it can be executed manually.
