[[Image:]] I'm a student in full time education, I was born in 1987 and started to work with Linux at about the time of RH6 I *think*. My active interest is in the following subjects:

  • Programing in C & ASM for RISC and C& Ada for applications.
  • RF Electronics.
  • Sun Solaris Unix, SGI Irix Unix & GNU/Linux.
  • Astronomy & Astrophysics.
  • Computational Physics and QFT, (Wolfram Mathematica).

I decided to kick start the community behind AuroraUX into life to fulfill three of my own objectives, the rest are the communities. There seem to be three main problems in computers used in the scientific environment; reliability, performance and maintainability.

This uses up precious time while trying to carry out real science. A problem which I, myself intend to rectify with the AuroraUX system as well as create a excellent, ultra reliable desktop environment.
